These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Platinum Fitness Kenya website and all purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in product appearance or packaging may occur, and errors may occasionally happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product information without prior notice.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Promotional offers are valid only for the stated period and while stocks last.
4. Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
- If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payments
Payment must be completed before orders are processed and dispatched. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EAT) are processed the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.
A standard delivery fee of KSh 2,000 applies unless otherwise stated.
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery schedules may be affected by factors beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
